柠檬鸡肉饭做法Chickeninlem



原料:Ingredients:

2spoonful.Sesameseeds

芝麻2勺-gchickenfillet

鸡柳-克4spoonful.Colzaoil

菜油4勺3carrots(g)

胡萝卜克2redpeppers

红椒2个gmushrooms,

蘑菇克gfrozencorn,

冻玉米克4dlbouillon,

牛肉清汤毫升1dlfreshlemonjuice

鲜柠檬汁毫升2spoonful.cornstarch

玉米淀粉2勺2clovesgarlic

蒜2头2spoonful.sugar,salt.

糖,盐各两勺

Accessories:Brownjasminerice(whitericeOk).

棕色茉莉米饭(白米饭也行)

步骤:Step:

Frysesameseedsonapan,totheysmelland"pops".Letthemcooldownonaplate.

先把芝麻炸至,出香并爆开,然后放到取出放到一个盘子里冷却。

Cutthechickenintostrips.Heat2tspoilinasaucepanorwokandbrownthemeatonallsides.Removemeatfromthewokandputitonaplate.

把鸡肉切条。放2茶匙油放在炒锅,加热。把鸡肉各边都煎成棕色。把煎好的肉放在盘子里。

Cutcarrotsinbeams,cutthepeppersinslices,andcutthemushroomsinquarters.

胡萝卜切条。甜椒切块,蘑菇切成方块状。

Heat2tsp.oilinthewokfrythevegetablesinthewokfor5minutes.Stircornstarchintothelemonjuiceandpourintothewokwhilestirringanditboil.Addthechickenandbouillonandletitboil.

放2茶匙油,加热。油煎蔬菜5分钟。把冻玉米放入柠檬汁搅拌,然后边搅边倒入炒锅,把鸡肉和牛肉清汤放入,一直搅拌,直至煮开。

Seasonwithfinelycrushedgarlic,sugarandsalt.Sprinklewithsesameseedsandservewithcookedbrownriceorwhite.

放入切好的蒜,糖,盐调味。洒上芝麻。把煮好的棕色米饭或白米饭乘在大盘里就好了。
